Hello Marzena,
You may not remember my son, Matthew, but he was a student of yours back in the mid 1990’s. Today he is a junior at Spring-Ford High School in Royersford PA and has been involved in music since the fourth grade when he began playing trumpet. In high school he’s been part of the award winning Marching Band, Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble (playing bassoon), concert band and various choruses & choirs. This year he has made the all-state chorus (as Bass 2) and will be traveling to Pittsburgh in late April to perform. The reason I’m writing you is first, to thank you for your dedication to bringing the joy of music to young children and second, to say Sophia and I firmly believe the time spent with you as a young child was critical to developing his love of music. When we look at old pictures of Matt from that time we always fondly remember you and his time with Kindermusik. I’ve included a couple of links to performances he’s been a part of – I hope you enjoy them.
Take care and God bless,
Gerry

"My son, Sammy, loves Ms. Marzena and her music class! Ms. Marzena is an amazing teacher. She sings and plays such beautiful songs that teach not only Sammy, but our whole family a different way of appreciating music. She is so wonderful and kind with all the children, and very understanding. Attending her class is the highlight of our week. This is an incredible program! We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend it!"

"My 2 yr. old grandson and I have been attending clases at First Notes with Marzena for over a year. When Marzena begins to sing and strum her guitar, my grandson's eyes light up and he runs to get as close as he can to hear her melodic voice and lilting guitar. Every child in the class gets individual, one on one attention. Marzena addresses each child by name in various delightful songs. Both parents, grandparents, and children feel as if they are a "musical family"! The creative instruments and wonderful literature read on her fuzzy blanket enrich this "musical family" socially, emotionally and musically!!! Bravo! Bravo@ to Marzena and First Notes for bringing the joy of music to children and their families!!!
Sincerely
The 'C' Family"

Marzena has been teaching Kindermusik for the last fifteen years. She considers working with young children to be the most enjoyable and rewarding experience of her entire career as both a teacher and a professional. She believes the (scientifically supported) theory that all children are born with musical ability and introducing them to music earlier on in their life helps them with all aspects of their development.
Marzena loves both music and children and hopes to bring out the best in every one of her students.
